Tiffany's Beach Properties at 2 Merchant's Row B, Bald Head Island, North Carolina.

We had two houses through Tiffany's. One house was great; clean and no real issues besides the wifi password being listed wrong which was quickly resolved.

The second house had mold in both the coffee pots, the dishes had been put back in the cabinets dirty and there were 4 dead roaches that we saw plus one we killed. Also one of the carts died b/c it was not plugged in upon our arrival. We mistakenly tried to push it with the other cart and damaged a headlight. We understand it was our fault in breaking the headlight. We were told the carts are always inspected prior to ones arrival, clearly this is not true or else both carts would have been plugged and the accident averted. Also we felt the amount the cleaners were paid should have been deducted from what we owed on the on the headlights, since their job was not properly done.

Highly unethical company. We paid for the cart but were not reimbursed in any tangible way for the dirty aspects of the house.

This was our 10th visit to BHI in 12 years and we will not be using Tiffany's again.
